Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Support Officer for a Fintech company which is a subsidiary of a leading global bank.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 6,000 AED/month
Length – Six-month fixed term contract (scope to extend)
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office; experience with calendar and scheduling tools; familiarity with basic office systems and vendor management
- Business Skills: Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills; basic understanding of office budgeting and procurement
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
- You have strong communication skills, curiosity, and are a quick learner

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Managing deliveries and returns efficiently
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies as needed
- Organising and maintaining filing systems for company documents (physical and digital)
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Coordinating the printing and distribution of business cards and employee ID cards
- Be an awesome member of the team, have fun and enjoy social events by arranging food, logistics, and other requirements as guided
- Own and manage daily admin operations including scheduling, document prep, and team coordination
- Assisting visitors and participants during external meetings, ensuring a smooth and
- professional experience
- Take charge of calendar management, meetings (internal and external), and travel bookings (when needed) for leadership and key team members
- Ensure smooth end-to-end office management — from managing supplies (for instance keeping track of expenses), deliveries and vendors to maintaining a welcoming and functional workspace
- Support onboarding and offboarding of team members with clear processes and warm welcomes
- Help organize team events, meetings, and internal communications
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve how we work and collaborate.
- Assisting in travel bookings for stakeholders whenever required.
- Jump in where needed when unexpected things pop up.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Admin Support Officer with a mission to ensure the smooth, efficient, and joyful running of our office and team operations. You will be challenged to juggle multiple priorities — from calendar chaos to last-minute logistics — and still keep the coffee stocked and the printer running.
You will experiment with ways to streamline our admin processes and improve the day-to-day experience of our team in order to boost productivity and employee happiness.
