About the role:
We are looking for a Group Technology Transformation Lead to define, lead and deliver the technology strategy and transformation roadmap for a growing multi-business health and wellness group operating across the UAE, KSA and future international markets. Reporting to the CEO, you will first take ownership of the current technology landscape and introduce stronger governance, then design and lead a group-wide transformation covering ERP, CRM, contact centre, HR, booking/POS, inventory, e-commerce, data, integrations and automation. This is not a traditional IT support or project management role. The group is looking for a senior, hands-on transformation leader with recent experience leading a complex Tier 1 ERP implementation, and the commercial insight to challenge vendors and make sound technology decisions. You will be accountable from strategy right through to successful implementation, adoption and measurable business value.
