We are looking for a Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager for a Global Electronics company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 35,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience across Compensation & Benefits, HR Finance/Budget Management, and People Analytics, preferably within a multinational or matrix organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification or professional certification such as MBA, MSc HR, MSc Analytics, GRP, CCP, CIPD, SHRM, CFA, or ACCA is highly advantageous.
  • Strong financial background is essential, with proven experience managing HR budgets, accruals, forecasting, monthly cost analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience owning annual salary review and bonus payout cycles at country or regional level.
  • Strong expertise in People Analytics, workforce reporting, dashboard development, and presenting insights to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with HR AI, automation, or digital transformation projects, including RPA, Power Automate, predictive analytics, chatbots, or generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations, MoHRE requirements, Emiratisation/NAFIS, WPS, and GCC compensation practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare clear, executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or equivalent HRIS, SAP, Power BI/Tableau, and automation platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools within an HR environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage highly confidential compensation, financial, and employee information.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing both operational and transformational initiatives from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Total Rewards and Compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking, pay structures, grading frameworks, fixed and variable compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage market benchmarking across the UAE and GCC using salary surveys and internal equity reviews.
  • Own the end-to-end annual salary review cycle, including budgeting, guidelines, manager tools, moderation, approvals, and communication.
  • Manage the complete annual bonus payout cycle, including pool sizing, performance calibration, individual calculations, payroll instructions, and reconciliation.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programmes, including medical insurance, life insurance, allowances, and EOSB accruals.
  • Own the full HR operating budget, covering salaries, bonuses, benefits, recruitment, training, and HR-led programmes.
  • Manage monthly HR cost analysis, accruals, forecasts, actual-versus-budget reporting, and financial variance analysis.
  • Produce executive-level HR cost reporting, headcount analysis, scenario modelling, and workforce insights for CEO, CFO, and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards covering headcount, cost, attrition, engagement, Emiratisation, DEI, and productivity.
  • Lead workforce planning analytics, including workforce demand, organisational efficiency, span of control, cost per FTE, and medium- to long-term workforce planning.
  • Maintain HR data quality, governance, and a reliable single source of truth across HR systems.
  • Lead the HR digital transformation and AI roadmap, identifying and prioritising automation opportunities based on business impact and ROI.
  • Implement AI-enabled HR solutions across areas such as recruitment, employee support, sentiment analysis, predictive attrition, and reporting.
  • Drive process automation through tools such as RPA and Power Automate to improve HR efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Ensure HR data, AI, and technology initiatives comply with applicable UAE data protection requirements and organisational governance standards.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager to lead the organisation's compensation and benefits, workforce analytics, HR financial management, and digital transformation agenda. Reporting to the Head of People, you will take ownership of compensation frameworks, annual salary and bonus cycles, the HR operating budget, workforce analytics, and executive-level people reporting. You will also lead HR AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving the efficiency of HR operations. This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role requiring strong financial acumen, advanced people analytics capabilities, and the ability to translate complex workforce and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
