Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Specialist for a Fashion company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 8,000 - 10,000 AED/month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
- Experience within Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Luxury industries is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key accounts.
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and projects.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on brand partnerships and corporate activations.
- Support events, networking opportunities, and client engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
