We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Arabic Speaking) for a Business Consulting Services Company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary 15,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in paid media and performance marketing within a marketing agency, Freezone, Business Setup, or Real Estate industry in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies, paid media optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel implementation, event tracking, and campaign attribution frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.
  • Excellent understanding of key digital marketing metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain strategies, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and lead generation targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, analyze customer behavior, and monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve campaign performance.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, lead funnels, and conversion strategies to maximize lead quality and conversion efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid optimization, placements, and creative testing.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement performance to drive measurable improvements.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead continuous optimization initiatives across campaign creatives, audience segmentation, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Maintain and oversee conversion tracking frameworks including Meta Pixel, event tracking, and campaign attribution models.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external digital agencies to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance and innovation.
  • Ensure effective and consistent distribution of digital marketing communications across all digital channels.
