Job Description
We are looking for a Charter Manager for an Aviation company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 /month + Uncapped commissions
Candidate Experience:
- 4-5 years’ brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Sales or Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment
- Developed new business in your previous roles through market identification , pro active lead generation and key client management
- Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time
- Has emotional regulation, is adaptable and possesses a growth mindset
- Strong commercial acumen
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build client portfolio through strategic lead generation
cold callsand networking - Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
- Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion
- Coach and drive charter team to consistently deliver end to end charter solutions
- Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales
- Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business
- Drive charter department performance to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Updating flight files into database
