Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager for a Corporate Services based in the UAE.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 22,00 – 25,000 AED/month
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is considered an advantage.
- 6–8+ years of proven experience in sales, including leadership experience within a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated success managing large sales teams within a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong understanding of sales management, KPI tracking, reporting, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
- Experience managing 24/7 operations and customer-focused sales environments.
- Knowledge of UAE business set-up regulations and compliance requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing B2C sales and support team within a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
- Drive monthly and annual revenue targets while consistently exceeding KPIs and performance objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, customer engagement activities, and support functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all prospective and existing clients receive exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
- Monitor and manage key sales metrics including revenue, gross profit, application volumes, conversion rates, and contact performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE business set-up regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Develop and implement training, coaching, and performance development initiatives to strengthen team capability and productivity.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce performance standards and take corrective actions where required to maintain accountability and service excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support company goals and improve overall customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values in all client and stakeholder interactions.
