We are looking for a Growth Manager for a Corporate Services based in the UAE.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary 22,00 – 25,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or revenue-driven roles.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing teams within B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Experience within company formation, business setup, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, performance management, and operational optimization.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the B2B & B2C Renewals teams to achieve monthly revenue and retention targets.
  • Own and manage the renewals revenue pipeline across multiple customer segments.
  • Develop and implement customer retention and renewal strategies to maximize revenue growth and conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance through key KPIs including renewal rates, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and capability development plans to strengthen team performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of client interactions and renewal opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Analyse renewal performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Client Experience teams to deliver seamless customer renewal journeys.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and complex client renewal cases professionally and efficiently.
  • Forecast monthly renewal revenue and ensure alignment with overall business growth objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and service excellence standards.

 

About the Role:

They will be responsible for managing high-performing teams, improving conversion rates, forecasting revenue, and implementing strategic initiatives that support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
