Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer/Specialist (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.
Location – Saudi Arabia (Multiple Locations: Riyadh, Jeddah, Qassim, Abha, Dammam, Madinah)
Salary – 27,000 SAR/month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a project management environment on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and project start-up processes
- Proven experience in performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong analytical skills with advanced report writing and data interpretation capabilities
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in international environments (KSA experience preferred)
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and talent development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework across projects
- Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of KPIs across all departments
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of performance data and reporting outputs
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Define, review, and advise on KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
- Deliver regular performance reports and executive-level updates to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement action plans to enhance performance
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure reporting systems and tools are functioning effectively
- Continuously improve reporting processes in line with industry best practices
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals
- Support organisational continuous improvement and capacity-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and company policies and procedures
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Perform additional duties as required by line management
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer/Specialist to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive performance management framework across large-scale projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate KPI tracking, delivering insightful reporting to senior leadership, and driving data-led decision-making across all departments. You will work closely with department heads and IT teams to optimise reporting systems, identify performance trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes leading and mentoring a team, ensuring alignment with organisational standards, and maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational policies.
