Job Description

We are looking for a Project Scope and Quality Control Specialist (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.

Location – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 20,000 – 23,000 SAR/month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, quality control, or scope management
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, including:
  • Cost control
  • WBS and schedule management
  • Business process management
• Proven experience in scope management, quality assurance, and change control
• Experience working on capital projects, ideally within infrastructure, water, or wastewater sectors
• Familiarity with Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scope Management

• Define, develop, and maintain project scope documentation, including WBS and scope management plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align on project objectives
• Monitor and control project scope, identifying and assessing any changes or deviations
• Implement structured change control processes to ensure scope alignment with project goals

Quality Control

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations, and drive timely resolution
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks

Risk Management

• Identify risks related to project scope and quality and develop mitigation strategies
• Continuously monitor risks and proactively address potential issues
• Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope records and quality reports
• Prepare and present regular reports on scope performance, quality metrics, and compliance
• Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to project teams and senior stakeholders

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scope and Quality Control Specialist to support the successful delivery of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring that project scope is clearly defined, controlled, and aligned with project objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of quality across all deliverables. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to manage scope changes, implement quality control processes, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
