Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager (Saudi National) for a Global Construction Consulting Firm based in Riyadh.

Location – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 35,000 – 40,000 SAR/month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited university
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects
• Proven experience delivering projects within government or semi-government environments
• Strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Track record of successful project delivery within budget and deadlines
• Experience working with government entities and utility providers
• Strong understanding of safety standards, including a zero-accident philosophy
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Oversee project performance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and cost parameters
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and costs using structured methodologies
• Track and report on project performance using appropriate tools and systems
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across project phases
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues proactively
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams
• Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management where required

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and city development projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution through to delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, and the ability to operate within complex government and semi-government environments. You will play a critical role in driving project performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
