Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive for a Health & Wellness company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary 14,000 – 15,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Experience handling visa processes, licensing, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS systems (Yomly preferred).
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Manage HRIS updates (Yomly), including joiners, leavers, leave records, and employee data.
  • Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, warnings, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure all HR files and records are audit-ready and well organised.

Visa, PRO & Licensing Administration

  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, and labour documentation.
  • Track and manage employee visa expiry dates and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain DHA licensing trackers including applications, renewals, eligibility, and exams.
  • Coordinate occupational health checks (OHC) and licensing requirements.
  • Liaise with PROs, government portals, and regulatory authorities where required.

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination

  • Coordinate job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Manage onboarding logistics, documentation, and employee inductions.
  • Track probation reviews and follow up with line managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline updates.

Employee Experience & HR Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries.
  • Support performance management, engagement activities, and internal communications.
  • Assist with coordinating L&D training sessions and development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and attendance tracking.

Tracking, Reporting & Dashboards

  • Provide weekly updates to the HR & Compliance Manager on key actions, risks, and deadlines.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and trackers including:
  • Headcount reports
  • Licensing trackers
  • Recruitment pipelines
  • Training records
  • Compliance deadlines

Coordination & Follow-Through

  • Coordinate with Operations Managers to collect and validate HR and compliance information across branches.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Consolidate information and prepare summaries or reports for review.
  • Track and close HR action items from meetings.

HR Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and new processes.
  • Maintain project trackers and follow up on deliverables.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to HR workflows.
  • Assist with HR documentation, SOP updates, and compliance frameworks.
