Job Description
We are looking for a Country Manager (Arabic Speaker) for a Wellness & Beauty start-up company based in Saudi Arabia.
Location – Saudi Arabia
Salary – 20,000 – 25,000 SAR/month + benefits
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience building or scaling an eCommerce business, including platform setup, payments, logistics, and customer experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or business development, ideally within FMCG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and execute independently.
- Must have resided in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 5 years.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Highly organised with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness—or genuine enthusiasm for building a purpose-driven consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Launch & Growth
- Lead the launch of the company in Saudi Arabia, supporting market entry across eCommerce, retail, and partnerships.
- Build and scale the Saudi eCommerce channel, positioning online as a core growth driver.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across retail, e-commerce, gyms, hospitality, and wellness partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, pop-ups, and wellness activations.
Operations & Compliance
- Coordinate with UAE HQ on product importation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Support SFDA documentation, product registrations, and local regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment to retail partners and online channels.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with HQ on marketing campaigns, influencer seeding, and brand activations.
- Ensure in-store execution, merchandising, and visibility reflect the company’s premium wellness positioning.
- Collect and relay customer and retailer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on key performance indicators including sales, distribution, channel performance, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular market insights and updates to HQ to support strategic decision-making.
About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Country Manager to lead the launch and growth of the company in KSA. This is a true build-from-the-ground-up role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves. As the first full-time hire on the ground in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for establishing operations, driving commercial growth, building key partnerships, and acting as the local face of the brand. You will work closely with the UAE HQ and founders, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s presence in one of the region’s fastest-growing wellness markets.
