We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for an Automation Machinery Manufacturing company based in Riyadh.

 

Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary – 45,000 – 55,000 SAR/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong focus on industrial digitalisation, automation, OT cybersecurity, or industrial software solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise or EPC deals, ideally within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Petrochemicals, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation environments, digital transformation initiatives, and OT cybersecurity concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Established professional network within the Saudi Arabian industrial market; GCC exposure is highly desirable.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a senior sales role.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical, presales, and delivery teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and across the GCC as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity offerings, from prospecting and opportunity identification through to deal closure and post-sales adoption.
  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value enterprise, EPC, and strategic accounts, prioritising opportunities with long-term growth potential.
  • Proactively generate new business through market research, industry networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive demand for digitalisation and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments, engaging technical, commercial, operational, and executive decision-makers.
  • Manage long sales cycles with strong commercial judgement, critical thinking, and solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and successfully close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with presales, engineering, and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Translate technical and business concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for senior leadership and C-suite audiences.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation roadmaps, OT cybersecurity strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning the company as a trusted long-term partner.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term adoption through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry developments to provide informed, consultative guidance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, reinforcing the company’s position as an innovator and leader in Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity.
