Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Designer & Content Specialist for a renovation company based in Jordan.

Location – Amman, Jordan

Salary – 1,000 JOD/month

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to critically assess design quality, with practical experience using Figma for simple layouts, image and text placement (advanced components or prototyping are not required).
• Proven ownership and maintenance of customer-facing documents, templates, and branded materials.
• Working knowledge of video and/or audio editing to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Junior to mid-level profile, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and results-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain proposal, quotation, and presentation templates in line with brand and business standards.
• Edit and optimise visual assets, including image cropping, colour correction, and basic photo manipulation.
• Provide support to marketing initiatives through basic video and audio editing tasks.
• Ensure consistent application of visual identity, branding, and quality standards across all customer-facing materials.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Designer with strong creative judgment and practical Figma experience to own all customer-facing materials (quotations, proposals, presentations, etc.), and support video/audio editing for lead-generation campaigns.
