Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager for an F&B company in KSA.
Location – Riyadh, KSA
Salary – 15,555 SAR/month
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, or reputation management.
- Proven ability to lead communication strategies, brand trust initiatives, and CSR programs.
- Strong experience in crisis communication planning and response.
- Experience managing external agencies and working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of corporate reputation, Brand Trust, Food Trust, and strategic communications.
- Ability to develop and deliver CSR initiatives and partnerships.
- Solid expertise in issues & crisis management and stakeholder communication.
- Skilled in media relations and managing external stakeholders.
- Ability to track communication impact through reporting and performance metrics.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Ability to build relationships and drive internal alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the corporate communications agenda, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand positioning, purpose, and values.
- Act as the key custodian of the company’s public image and reputation.
- Oversee the development and execution of Brand Trust and Food Trust campaigns, ensuring consistency and credibility across all channels.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Lead and implement CSR strategies and initiatives that reinforce the company’s commitment to community engagement and social impact.
- Partner with internal teams and external organizations to identify meaningful CSR opportunities aligned with company values.
Crisis & Issues Management:
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for crisis communication planning and response.
- Develop and maintain the crisis management framework, ensuring readiness, alignment, and timely responses to sensitive issues.
- Advise leadership on reputation risk and stakeholder management during crises.
Team & Agency Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop the corporate communications team to deliver excellence in execution.
- Manage external communication agencies providing clear briefs, strategic direction, and performance feedback to ensure delivery of best-in-class work.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Build strong relationships with media, industry bodies, and key external partners to enhance visibility and trust.
- Ensure internal alignment and clear communication across all departments on corporate and reputational matters.
Reporting & Governance:
- Report directly to the Director of Corporate Communications.
- Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and insights on communication outcomes, brand reputation health, and CSR impact.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to hold overall accountability for leading and executing the company’s corporate communications strategy. This role champions the brand’s trust and reputation through impactful initiatives that strengthen both Brand Trust and Food Trust, while also driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and managing crisis communications with excellence.
