Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Sales Consultant (B2C Only) for a real estate company based in UAE.
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary – 15,000 AED/month + commissions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial sales, business development, or client relationship management in a B2C environment (financial services, retail banking, fintech, or related sector).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of high-volume sales.
- Knowledge of financial products, investments, or real estate markets is preferred.
- Note: Candidates should be based in, or able to commute to, Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with prospective retail clients.
- Present and educate customers about financial and investment opportunities clearly, effectively, and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and client outreach initiatives.
- Stay updated on financial markets, investment trends, and related developments to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to expanding the client base while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
