Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Sales Consultant (B2C Only) for a real estate company based in UAE.

 

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary – 15,000 AED/month + commissions

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial sales, business development, or client relationship management in a B2C environment (financial services, retail banking, fintech, or related sector).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of high-volume sales.
  • Knowledge of financial products, investments, or real estate markets is preferred.
  • Note: Candidates should be based in, or able to commute to, Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with prospective retail clients.
  • Present and educate customers about financial and investment opportunities clearly, effectively, and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and client outreach initiatives.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, investment trends, and related developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to expanding the client base while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
