Job Description

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a fast-growing media and performance marketing company based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – Depending on Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the performance marketing industry.
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Organized, responsible, and proactive in managing multiple tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates.
• Negotiating deals and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Monitoring traffic sources, conversions, and profitability.
• Handling weekly affiliate payouts, including calculations and coordination with the finance team.
• Identifying and onboarding new affiliates to expand the network.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success and compliance.
• Attending international affiliate and marketing conferences several times a year to represent the company and strengthen partnerships.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead the growth and performance of our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with affiliates and advertisers to drive high-quality traffic and revenue. You will develop and execute strategies to optimize campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure strong ROI across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and partner management, with a proven track record of building scalable affiliate networks and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
