Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Initiative Manager for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Location – Sharjah, UAE
Salary – 27,000 AED/month + benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or Master’s in Strategy, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- 8+ years in strategic-management, corporate development, or management consulting roles with a track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation.
- Prosci Change Management, PMP, or equivalent change-leadership credentials preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Business Case Development - Conduct market and environmental analyses to uncover opportunities, craft comprehensive business plans, financial models, and investment proposals that secure executive approval and funding.
- Change Leadership & Governance - Design and implement change-management roadmaps, build stakeholder coalitions, and shepherd new processes, systems, or programs through to full adoption.
- Portfolio Oversight - Curate the company’s portfolio of strategic projects, prioritize based on impact and resources, and ensure each initiative meets defined objectives and ROI targets.
- Executive Collaboration - Facilitate senior leadership and steering-committee sessions, preparing decision-ready materials and guiding rapid, informed governance on strategic choices.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics - Define KPIs for each initiative, deploy live dashboards, monitor progress, and recommend course corrections to maximize outcomes and accountability.

Key Performance Indicators:
- Project Delivery: ≥ 90% of strategic initiatives completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business case metrics
- Investment ROI: Aggregate ROI of ≥ 150% on approved strategic investments within two years of implementation
- Stakeholder Alignment: ≥ 95% positive endorsement from executive steering-committee members on strategic decisions
- Adoption Rate: ≥ 85% user or process adoption within six months of launch for new initiative.
