Job Description
We are looking for a Shared Services Manager for a FinTech start-up in Riyadh.

Requirements:
- Mandatory: Saudi national with HR experience, bilingual in Arabic & English.
- Experience: 4–6 years in HR, finance ops, or shared services, preferably within fintech, tech, or other high-growth companies.
- Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and HR/finance regulatory frameworks.
- Operational Strength: Proven ability to manage payroll, payments, vendors, and office operations end-to-end.
- Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator across internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Nice-to-Have: Prior exposure to fintech, finance ops, or scaling startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR: Lead recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews), onboarding/offboarding, compliance, employee documentation, HRIS updates, and Saudization initiatives. Manage payroll and HR administration in coordination with local partners.
- Finance Ops: Execute payments (payroll, Sadad, MOI, vendors) while coordinating with HQ Finance. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, facilities, and represent the company as the local office lead. Manage compliance documentation (Iqama, visas, contracts, renewals) and government portals such as Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Executive Assistance: Support the KSA General Manager on coordination tasks, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate medical insurance for employees, manage SPL (Saudi Post Logistics), Riyadh Chamber of Commerce document attestations, KSA telecom accounts, Ejar contracts, and broader company document management.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with HQ People, HQ Finance, and HQ Office Management for functional alignment. Collaborate with universities and institutions to build local talent pipelines.
About the Role:
This is a critical role at the heart of our KSA operations, reporting directly to the KSA General Manager. You’ll act as the glue across people, finance, and operations—ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while keeping the company fully compliant with Saudi labor laws, financial processes, and administrative frameworks. You’ll also be a strategic partner to leadership, supporting talent initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring the Riyadh office runs seamlessly.
