We are looking for a Marketing Lead for a Global Crypto Exchange based in Dubai.

Location – Remote

Salary – Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

• Has a few years of marketing experience, with exposure in cryptocurrency or digital assets
• FinTech experience a plus
• Possesses a proven track record of successful crypto marketing campaigns
• Very hands-on, a Doer mentality
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills
• Excels at data analysis and using insights to drive decisions
• Is proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Has excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Communicates effectively and can explain complex concepts simply

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cutting-edge B2C marketing strategies
• Lead and inspire a small, agile marketing team
• Create innovative multi-channel campaigns that set Coinflare apart
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with different stakeholders like product, BD, Tech, operations on strategy and platform features
• Manage budget and resources for maximum impact
• Establish and track KPIs to measure and report on marketing effectiveness
• Build key industry relationships and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with crypto and financial services regulations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement forward-thinking strategies
• Must be comfortable being on camera, creating and editing short-form videos for social media, and experimenting with viral or guerrilla-style marketing strategies
