Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a Developer company in the UAE.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 12,000 – 14,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Experience with digital analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting
  • Strong digital expertise: paid media, Meta, Google; FB, LinkedIn, TikTok experience is a plus
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies and UX best practices is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid media programs, including campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring
  • Develop integrated strategies that include SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content-driven campaigns
  • Produce regular performance reports with key metrics such as impressions, CTR, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI
  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and website behavior, and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and brand positioning
  • Assist in the creation and testing of digital content, landing pages, and creatives to support campaign objectives
  • Manage email campaigns including audience segmentation, design, automation, and performance analysis
  • Ensure website content is optimized for user experience and conversions
  • Monitor online trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Respond to and manage customer feedback and interactions across digital platforms
  • Track and manage budgets to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and on target
