Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development and Operations Assistant (KSA National) for a media company based in KSA.
Location – Riyadh, KSA
Salary – 8,000–15,000 SAR/month (will depend on your experience)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Media, Communications, or Business.
- Can be a Graduate or have 1-2 years of working experience within a media or communications department in any type of business
- Saudi National with fluency in English (verbal & written).
- Knowledge or interest in film or production is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Full driving licence desirable, but not essential.
- Confident, proactive, and outgoing personality.
- Candidates MUST be confident, passionate, an extrovert, energetic, good at and confident in talking to new people
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Director.
- Coordinate production paperwork including call-sheets, risk assessments, release forms, permits, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation.
- Support new business efforts by arranging meetings, preparing pitch presentations, and attending client meetings.
- Liaise with crew, cast, and contributors for productions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations across projects.
- Review and check Arabic translations for accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, contributing ideas and insights to business growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure strong communication in both Arabic and English, adapting approaches to suit different clients.
About the Role:
In this varied role, you will support the Saudi team across business development, administration, and production, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing, award-winning corporate film production company. You will help reach out to potential clients, support pitch presentations, manage production paperwork, and provide Arabic language quality control across scripts and edits. You will also assist with local operations, paperwork, and logistics, working closely with the Riyadh Operations Director and collaborating with our London headquarters.
