Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Marketing for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Location – Sharjah, UAE
Salary – 17,000 AED/month + benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including 5+ years in a head-of-function role.
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C integrated marketing, digital transformation, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and maintain a three-year marketing roadmap that is aligned to corporate objectives that defines target audiences, brand positioning, messaging pillars, and channel mix.
- Brand Management - Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, events, and partnerships to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Campaign Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, activation, and measurement for major marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, experiential, and traditional media channels.
- Digital & Performance Marketing - Direct the digital team in SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing), social media, email, and content marketing to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Budget & Resource Optimization – Manage an annual marketing budget of AED xx million, ensuring cost discipline, vendor performance, and effective resource allocation.
- Team Development & Collaboration - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; partner closely with Sales, Product, and External Relations to synchronize go-to-market efforts.
