Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager (Contract) for an energy company based in Abu Dhabi.

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary – Depending on Experience

Contract Duration – 2-3 months (scope to extend)

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience in project management, including large-scale digital/technology projects.
• Strong background with Salesforce solutions (CLM exposure highly preferred).
• Experience in contract management processes or similar business workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Energy sector knowledge is an advantage, but not essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CLM automation project, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with business stakeholders, legal teams, and IT to gather requirements and ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and rollout of Salesforce CLM modules in alignment with organizational needs.
• Manage external vendors/consultants to ensure quality delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications to drive adoption and alignment.
• Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale technology projects. The ideal candidate will be a generalist PM with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving system implementations, and specifically overseeing Salesforce-based solutions. Experience in the Energy sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
