Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Location – Sharjah, UAE
Salary – 17,000 AED/month + benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 4 years in a senior role. Strong expertise in tactical campaign execution across SEM, PPC, paid social, and programmatic.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing. Proficiency in analytics and attribution platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, HubSpot, Data Studio, etc.).
- Experience with CRO, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing and performance marketing agency background is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, own, and execute performance marketing strategies across SEM, PPC, paid social, programmatic, and SEO.
- Translate strategy into tactical, hands-on campaign execution that directly drives bookings, leads, and revenue.
Tactical Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Implement audience segmentation, bidding strategies, retargeting, and funnel optimization to maximize performance.
- Ensure campaigns are conversion-focused and revenue-oriented, not only awareness-driven.
Revenue Growth & Sales Contribution:
- Own performance KPIs linked to sales and revenue generation.
- Partner with the e-commerce and sales teams to ensure campaigns generate measurable revenue outcomes.
- Use CRO (conversion rate optimization) to maximize ROI from digital spend.
Analytics, Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, and platform insights.
- Provide revenue attribution reporting, demonstrating the impact of performance marketing on sales.
