We are looking for a Planning & Solutions Lead for a Global Electronics company based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – Depending on Experience

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Degrees in non-engineering fields are acceptable but should demonstrate technical work experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise mobility, cloud technologies, and solution integration principles.
  • Proficiency in MDM/EMM/Cloud technologies and their applications in enterprise environments
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in solution integration or strategic planning roles, with a focus on enterprise mobility or cloud solutions.
  • 5+ years in technical sales (or related technical-sales roles) with MDM enterprises (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, etc.) or core enterprise IT companies (Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Google, etc.)
  • Proven track record of designing and launching successful solution offerings in complex markets.
  • Experience working with both public and private sector clients to address their unique mobility and cloud needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Analyze client use-cases and define the required hardware/software offerings from the company, including mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and services (e.g., KNOX MDM, ADH, extended warranties).
  • Integration Planning: Develop integrated solutions that combine the company’s products with third-party technologies (e.g., asset-inventory management, data capture/analysis tools).
  • Market Research: Conduct demand research to identify market trends, requirements, and opportunities for the company’s enterprise solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Formulate strategies for launching and promoting solution offerings, including pricing, positioning, and channel partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HQ product management, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution of solution plans.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides for proposed solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and communicate with all Enterprise-channel actors (from government and semi-public accounts; to system integrators; to distributors; to principal brands).
  • Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and sales management
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently. Ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team
  • Quality management—the individual looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Shows a high level of productivity against quality - multitasks effectively while managing priorities.
  • Risk Management & judgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions – especially related to high-level stakeholders involved
  • Highly Proficiency with typical Microsoft Applications that enable effective communication
  • Arabic Language fluency is preferred, especially given the nature of public sector leadership engagement required
