Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (Arabic Speaking) for a Global Technology & Consumer Electronics Leader based in Dubai.

 

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 10,000 – 15,000 AED/month

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in FMCG / Telecom / Technology Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • Strong Knowledge in Consumer Market Insights
  • Understanding of key marketing principles and concepts such as brand strategy, portfolio and Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Consumer Market Insights (CMI) team to design and execute qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, leveraging customer data to enhance understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Develop and refine consumer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Translate consumer insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Work closely with Mobile eXperience & Corporate Marketing team members to ensure alignment on consumer insights and targeting with overall business objectives
  • Perform monthly analysis of consumer data extracted from internal systems, identifying trends and patterns to optimize marketing campaign performance.
  • Oversee social media content and targeting strategies, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and communication skills.

About the Role:

 

We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst who will report with Mobile eXperience Marketing Team to deeply understand consumer behaviour, motivations, and needs through robust insight analysis, translating these findings into actionable strategies that drive targeted marketing and Go to Market (GTM) campaigns. The candidate will serve as the crucial bridge between consumer understanding and business growth, ensuring Marketing efforts are rooted in data-driven insights, leading to increased customer / user engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue lift.
