Job Description

We are looking for a HR Manager for a holding company in Dubai.

 

Location – Sharjah, UAE

Salary – 25,000 – 30,000 AED/month + family benefits

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing / Contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for employee development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Must own car and hold a valid UAE driving license due to the company location and some travel to Kazid.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in coordination with the company to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems aligning with the company.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal standards. 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs with Training & Development coordinator.
  • Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for staff.
  • Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.

Health and Safety:

  • Collaborate with management to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies and programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmark against industry standards. 

About the Role:

 

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Will be responsible for developing, analyzing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a deep understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and regulations specific to the manufacturing industry.
