Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager for a holding company in Dubai.
Location – Sharjah, UAE
Salary – 25,000 – 30,000 AED/month + family benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing / Contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Must own car and hold a valid UAE driving license due to the company location and some travel to Kazid.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in coordination with the company to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems aligning with the company.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal standards.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs with Training & Development coordinator.
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for staff.
- Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with management to ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmark against industry standards.
About the Role:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Will be responsible for developing, analyzing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a deep understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and regulations specific to the manufacturing industry.
