Job Description
Implementation Officer needed to for a Start-Up Fintech company which is a subsidiary of a leading global bank.
Location – Dubai
Salary – TBC
Length – Six month fixed term contract (likely to extend)
Working Hours - 6 days per week (2pm - 10pm and weekends - with x1 day off mid-week)
Essential skills:
- MUST speak English, Hindi & Urdu
- MUST have own visa and insurance – the company will not provide these
- Must be comfortable with public speaking to large numbers of approx 100-300 people at one time
- Must have a valid UAE driving license & access to a vehicle
- 2 years UAE work experience
- Previous Solution Delivery/Implementation experience at financial services providers
- Familiarity with Android and IOS applications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated; superior problem solving and organizational and skills; and an ability to ideate, conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Commercial mindset, focused on driving value for both company and client. Ability to identify opportunities and improve cross-sell
- Team player, willing to support others and go the extra mile to achieve optimum outcome
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional on-site customer service to potential users of our platform in multiple languages at client premises and labour accommodation
- Support seamless user experience though the on-boarding journey at client premises
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, product features, and resolving any order-related queries
- Handle client and user inquiries, upsell/cross sell products features and services, and support commercialization and growth targets
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs
- Collaborate with team members across products, operations, customer support, technology and sales to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- The ideal candidate will be flexible with varying working days and hours
- Willingness to travel and work at client premises across the UAE as required
- Obtain positive user feedback from users and conduct post implementation reviews
About the Role:
Being comfortable to speak with large number of customers in person (approx. 100-300 people at one time) in fluent the languages mentioned above. Assisting with any problems the customer may have in a calm and understanding attitude and training them how to use the company app.
