Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager for a Retail company based in Middle East.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – 20,000 - 22,000 AED/month + benefits

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Six to eight years of experience in a similar role.
  • Three years of experience in a managerial role ideally in eyewear, cosmetics, fashion/apparel 
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Spanish, or Italian, or French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all sales and operational activities across the country to
  • achieve business objectives, including frequent visits to individual stores.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and drive business performance.
  • Continuously analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Implement action plans based on productivity analysis to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Manage operational budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining cost efficiency. Monitor and review business costs regularly, identifying areas for cost optimization and increased profitability. Prepare and oversee financial reports, using insights to implement corrective measures where needed.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to ensure a strong brand presence and alignment with customer preferences. Ensure that all store managers are equipped with up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, sales strategies, and return policies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores. Communicate and enforce corporate guidelines, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, operational efficiencies, and market trends, recommending strategic adjustments where necessary.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all retail operations within the assigned country, ensuring that sales, profitability, and business growth targets are consistently met. He/she focuses on developing high-performing teams, implementing key business strategies, and enhancing customer experience while aligning with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
