We are looking for a Co-Chief Executive Officer for an AI company based in UK.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Co-CEO or similar leadership role in a tech or hardware company.
  • Significant experience in business management, including strategic planning, operational management, and achieving business objectives.
  • Successful track record of raising investments of at least $200M, including fund-raising strategies, negotiations with venture funds, private investors, and strategic partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of technological and operational processes in hardware companies, with experience in working with cutting-edge technologies and innovation.
  • Business development expertise: building and strengthening partnerships, entering new markets, and launching new products.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, high-tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the company alongside the CEO, collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to drive company vision and strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve long-term business goals in the humanoid robotics industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and expanding in existing markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with investors, scientific institutions, and key industry players.
  • Ensure financial and operational goals are met, optimizing business processes and overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Attract capital for the company’s growth, including securing investments of at least $200M.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations, deal-making, and the creation of joint ventures with strategic partners.
  • Lead the development of the corporate culture and team, including recruiting and nurturing top-tier talent.
