Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in hardware companies or technology sectors (preferably in robotics or AI).
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals.
- Experience managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Ability to thrive in an innovative, rapidly evolving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to support business growth and market expansion. Lead and inspire the sales team to drive revenue through new business opportunities, client acquisition, and long-term partnerships.
- Lead the sales efforts to expand into new markets globally, with a focus on robotics, AI, and hardware sectors. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
- Establish partnerships with companies and clients willing to commit to purchasing the company’s products before the official release, ensuring strong early demand and long-term relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Lead high-level sales negotiations with key accounts, ensuring deals are structured effectively and closed successfully to meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment on business objectives, market strategies, and revenue goals.
