Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a financial company based in Dubai.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – Depending on Experience
Qualifications:
- Proven prior success within a Business Development, Sales or Customer Service role is required;
- Demonstrable experience in Currency Exchange/FX, Financial Services or Real Estate is highly preferred;
- Proficient at generating high-quality new leads and building lasting relationships;
- Highly goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills;
- Advanced English (verbal and written) required, ability to speak Spanish, French, German would be advantageous.

New Business Relationships
- Conduct daily outreach to potential new affiliates, partners and clients (real estate brokers, mortgage lawyers, business setup companies, individual clients etc.) primarily based in EMEA/MENA through introductory calls and meetings;
- Identify client needs and provide tailored FX solutions, including spots, forwards, and market orders/options products;
- Follow up on referrals/leads to offer a ‘best in class’ Global Currency service and develop future business relationships;
- Present the advantages of partnering with the company to prospective clients;
- Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC) and internal policies and processes.
Existing Business Relationships
- Cultivate and manage strong, professional relationships with existing affiliates, partners and clients primarily based in EMEA/MENA, increasing referrals and cross business opportunities wherever possible;
- Proactively pitch FX products and services to existing and prospective clients;
- Drive revenue growth by determining and executing sales strategies to expand the client base globally;
- Provide knowledge and input for creation of Client Marketing materials via PowerPoint, Brochures etc.
Market Monitoring
- Monitor FX market trends, Global Currency movements, and geopolitical developments;
- Share Market updates and potential opportunities and risks to new and existing clients to allow them to consider optimising their FX strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Work with Internal Relationship Managers to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in Bitrix (CRM Software);
- Work with Sales Support and Finance Colleagues to track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and revenues via internal KPI trackers;
