We are looking for a Senior Identity Management Engineer (Oracle Specialist) for a Cyber-Security company based in Bahrain.

Salary – Depending on Experience
Engagement Type – Contract - 6 months minimum (potential extension)

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IAM, with a strong focus on Oracle IAM suite (OIG, OAM, OUD).
  • Proven track record in delivering IAM solutions in large-scale, enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, role engineering, and entitlement management.
  • Hands-on experience integrating IAM with enterprise directories, HR systems, and cloud providers.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity federation protocols, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Shell, JavaScript, or Python) related to IAM tasks.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity governance, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Oracle certifications (OIG/OAM) or equivalent are a strong plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud IAM architecture.
  • Familiarity with IAM-as-a-Service platforms and modern IGA trends.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience is advantageous.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions, primarily leveraging Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and compliance teams to align IAM policies with enterprise frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Lead identity lifecycle automation, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), and self-service workflows.
  • Oversee Oracle IAM platform integration with on-premises, SaaS, and cloud applications (e.g., Azure AD, Office 365, custom applications).
  • Optimize authentication, authorization, and federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) across business-critical environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM infrastructure, policies, and integrations.
