Job Description
We are looking to hire a number of Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers for a Crypto Company based in Abu Dhabi.
Location – Abu Dhabi UAE or Dubai, UAE
Salary – Depending on Experience
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Strong network of institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region.
- Excellent understanding of cryptocurrency products, especially Earn, OTC, and spot trading.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices, with a focus on selling the company’s Earn product, OTC services, and spot trading.
- Market Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence across the UAE and MENA region. This includes identifying key market opportunities and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Product Expertise:
- Deeply understand the company’s suite of products and services, specifically the Earn product, OTC trading, and spot trading, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including drafting proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to meet business objectives.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech sectors across the MENA region.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across the UAE and MENA region. They will focus on promoting the company’s key products to high-net-worth and institutional clients, corporate entities, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong HNWI network in the cryptocurrency, fintech, and finance industries, with an ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions..
