We are looking to hire a number of Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers for a Crypto Company based in Abu Dhabi.

Location – Abu Dhabi UAE or Dubai, UAE

Salary Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong network of institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region.
  • Excellent understanding of cryptocurrency products, especially Earn, OTC, and spot trading.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices, with a focus on selling the companys Earn product, OTC services, and spot trading.
  • Market Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the companys presence across the UAE and MENA region. This includes identifying key market opportunities and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Deeply understand the companys suite of products and services, specifically the Earn product, OTC trading, and spot trading, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including drafting proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to meet business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the crypto and fintech sectors across the MENA region.

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients across the UAE and MENA region. They will focus on promoting the companys key products to high-net-worth and institutional clients, corporate entities, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong HNWI network in the cryptocurrency, fintech, and finance industries, with an ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions..
