We are looking for a Chef De Cuisine – International Cuisine (Liberte) for a Luxury Hospitality company based in Kuwait.
Location – Kuwait
Salary – 800- 900 KD/month + benefits
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Chef De Cuisine in brasserie specialty restaurants.
- An inspirational and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relentless and infectious passion for foods and restaurant trends.
- A sound pre-opening experience in large hotel operations would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in line with international cuisine trends.
- Develop and execute creative menus, incorporating diverse global flavors while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Work closely with restaurant management to develop and refine operational strategies, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.
- Monitor food costs and contribute to budget management, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality.
- Handle special requests, food allergies, and dietary restrictions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the kitchen team, encouraging skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Stay current with food trends, innovative cooking techniques, and global influences to incorporate fresh ideas into the restaurant’s menu.
