We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Banquets/Outside Catering (Arabic Speaker) for a Luxury Hospitality company based in Kuwait.
Location – Kuwait
Salary – 450 KD/month + benefits

- An instinctive eye for detail and a very keen passion for quality and detail work

- Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set that thrives in fast pace environments.
- Refined verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Proficient in computer skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of banquets and outside catering events, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth operations, providing guidance and support to all staff during events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event requirements, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed according to the specified plan.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of presentation, ensuring that food, décor, and service meet the luxury brand’s expectations.
- Ensure efficient resource management, including staffing, inventory, and equipment, to ensure events run smoothly.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting any operational issues during events, addressing concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment, providing training, development, and motivation to staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and promote catering packages and event services that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the catering operations, including event coordination, cost management, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during all events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a seamless catering operation.
- Contribute to achieving financial targets and improving profitability by managing costs effectively while maintaining exceptional quality.
