Location – Riyadh, KSA

Salary –15,000 – 18,000 SAR/month

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with contract administration and procurement processes.
• Project Manager with hands-on fit-out experience (not just design)
• Familiarity with local and national construction regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards throughout the project life cycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships, ensuring performance aligns with project requirements.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for all project activities.
