We are looking for a Charter Sales Team Leader for an Aviation company based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – Depending on Experience

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in client acquisition and aircraft charter broking (private jets/commercial jets), with a proven track record of deal-making in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience in developing new business through individual sales initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, team management abilities, and proven sales success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Charter Sales Team in Dubai.
  • Actively contribute to business revenue through lead generation, key client management, and market identification.
  • Efficiently manage client enquiries with quick turnaround times and effective solutions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Ensure all client enquiries are thoroughly addressed and that files are properly completed when applicable.
  • Achieve both personal and team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis, while maintaining healthy margins through strong account management.
  • Proactively manage and implement effective account strategies to support business growth.
