Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Enablement Lead for a global Construction Consulting Firm based in Saudi Arabia. 

Location – Riyadh, KSA

Salary – DOE

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting PMIS tools (e.g., P6, Procore, Unifier, etc.).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with systems integration and data migration.
• Ability to train and support users at all levels of technical proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of PMIS tools from the requirements phase through to go-live and beyond.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to tailor system solutions and workflows.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of PMIS tools to align with organizational needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users to ensure system adoption and proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during and after implementation.
• Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within the company, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

About the Role:

We are seeking for a Technical Enablement Lead who will be the driving force behind the implementation and optimization of the company’s Project Management Information System (PMIS) tools. This includes everything from gathering project requirements to overseeing successful go-live transitions and ensuring post-implementation activities run smoothly. You'll be key to ensuring our users are fully equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively use PMIS tools through tailored training and ongoing support.
