Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Sales & Partnership for a SaaS based company based in Saudi.
Location – Riyadh, KSA (flexible remote working)
Salary – DOE
Requirements:
- 15+ years of extensive experience in sales leadership, more particularly within the SaaS industry and MENA markets.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud telephony solutions is a great plus.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team stratigically.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in building, managing, and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- A results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving significant revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Previous experience building long-lasting partnerships for tech companies
- Previous experience managing a successful small sales team
- Native Arabic speaker is a huge plus
- Has success in building relationships with system integrators
- Thrives off analytics and insights
- Understands the GCC market
Key Responsibilities:
- Energize and expand the sales team across the MENA region, cultivating a vibrant and results-driven work culture.
- Develop and execute a compelling sales strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious goals and drives market penetration.
- Set and achieve bold sales targets, ensuring the team consistently surpasses them.
- Build a team to Identify and establish key strategic partnerships that elevate the company’s market presence.
- Negotiate and manage partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success.
- Continuously seek out and nurture new partnership opportunities
- Lead market penetration efforts in the MENA region and beyond, exploring new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Craft and implement go-to-market strategies for innovative products and services.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to seize opportunities and tackle challenges.
- Oversee major customer accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to facilitate smooth onboarding and retention.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from sales and partnership teams to drive product development and enhancements.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our solutions.
- Provide strategic insights, sales forecasts, and detailed reports to the executive team.
