Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years in private equity, venture capital, or a related investment field, with significant exposure to the MENA region.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; French is highly desirable for interfacing with French-speaking markets and partners.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to structure and negotiate complex deals.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and a collaborative team player with the capacity to take initiative and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Identify high-potential investment opportunities within the MENA region, leveraging a strong network and knowledge of the market.
• Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth due diligence, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation.
• Investment Strategy: Collaborate on developing and refining investment strategies, with an eye toward both financial returns and strategic value for portfolio companies.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance value creation.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders across MENA markets.
• Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities within the MENA region to support informed decision-making and strategy adaptation.
