We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for a Jewellers based in UAE.
Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – 14,000-16,000 AED/month + bonus
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience with luxury products such as jewellery/watches/fine art etc
- Experience with 360 marketing (social media, SEO, organising events, collaborations.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and strategies.
- Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Market Analysis: Skill in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging to customers and internal teams.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that marketing efforts and sales strategies are customer-centric.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Support in the development, implementation, tracking, analysis, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Personalized Customer Engagement: Improve client loyalty and retention, boost customer lifetime value, provide exceptional customer and brand experiences, gather deeper client insights and data, and stimulate brand advocacy and referrals.
- Event Marketing: Planning and executing product launches and previews, hosting VIP clienteling events for top-tier clients, organizing partner events focused on client acquisition through third-party partnerships, and conducting PR events that host journalists and editors.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forming alliances with key partners to support the brand's marketing and business objectives, collaborating with entities in Hospitality & Lifestyle, People of Influence, World of Luxury, Cultural Institutions, and Wealth Management.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers, tastemakers, socialites, editors, and influential figures, and leverage these collaborations to effectively promote the brand and reach targeted audiences.
- Traffic Generation: Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a corporate strategic marketing plan along with the sales team, to optimize the corporate/retail customer touchpoints across the brand’s portfolio.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media activities by developing and executing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement, creating engaging and informative content tailored to our audience, and ensuring consistent high-quality posts across all platforms.
- Channel Optimization: Optimize online “owned” channels (social media, website) ensuring effective SEO and SEM programs.
- Content Planning: Create a detailed social media calendar with senior management input for strategic content planning and high-quality production of brand-aligned content across platforms.
- Budget Management: Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all corporate marketing campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
