Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager for a Global Brokerage based in Dubai.
Location – Remote
Salary – DOE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering and scaling financial software solutions.
- Deep understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry, with a focus on Referral Systems (preferable with the background on a particular referral brokers with MT or cTrader).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with referral programs in CFD trading.
- Experience with microservices, their orchestration, message streaming (Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, NATS).
- Experience in developing tests for gRPC API
- Hands-on experience with Go is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with load testing tools like Gatling or K6 is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the broker and financial services sector.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the Referral Trading product family
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IB Module Solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate customer needs into clear and detailed product specifications.
- Product Development and Execution:
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
- Monitor and manage the development process, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively seeking their input and feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations related to the IB Module Solution.
- Product Performance:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of the IB Module Solution.
- Continuously analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Training and Documentation:
- Create training materials and documentation to support clients in effectively utilizing the the company’s product.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed.
