Salary – 35,000 AED + benefits

Preferred Requirements:

• 7+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal design role
• Experience in designing trading platforms or financial applications, especially those involving CFDs, Options, Commodities, Crypto, or Forex.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling smooth collaboration with developers.
• Proven ability to analyse and integrate user feedback, translating insights into design upgrades for continuous product improvement.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling design systems that ensure consistent and flexible product experiences
• Demonstrable success in designing for iOS and Android platforms, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Deep proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with experience in prototyping, wireframing, interactive design, and user flows
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and deep expertise in simplifying complex processes without sacrificing functionality
• Excellent communication skills – able to justify design decisions persuasively and influence teams across the business

• Conquer the mobile frontier. You’ll design intuitive and impactful mobile trading applications, transforming intricate trading processes into effortless user flows.
• Collaborate and conquer. You’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams, translating your design vision into reality and ensuring a smooth path from concept to launch.
• Become the user’s voice. You’ll conduct user research, turning insights into actionable design decisions and validating your ideas through interactive prototypes.
