Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a House Manager
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car/own car
• Good communicator & organisation
• English must be of high level

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team comprising security personnel, a chef, and maids to ensure seamless operation of a high-end residential property
• Coordinate and schedule staff duties to maintain a well-run household environment.
• Manage household budgets, including purchasing supplies and overseeing expenditures
• Supervise housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and organization are maintained to high standards
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of residents
• Provide support to the chef in meal planning, grocery shopping, and kitchen organization
• Act as a point of contact for the homeowner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among household staff, promoting teamwork and accountability
