Job Description

We are looking for an IT Site Manager for a leading Gaming company based in Riyadh.

Location  Riyadh

Salary 20,000 25,000 SAR/month

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • More than 5 years of experience as an IT engineer or lead
  • An understanding of cloud services, specifically Saas tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, admin experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid.
  • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security is a plus.
  • An understanding of internal networks (routing, switches, access points, DNS, DHCP, etc) familiar with Printing services
  • Solid fundamental understanding of IT security principles, e.g. end-point management, patching etc.
  • Effective time management able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload.
  • Fluent English proficiency is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT.
  • Hardware installation and troubleshooting of PC’s and Macs This includes working with hard drives, motherboards, CPUs, PSUs, GPUs, sound cards, monitors etc.
  • Ensure joiners and leavers IT requirements are managed correctly.
  • Gather and translate user expectations to technical solutions.
  • Manage IT assets through their entire lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, responsible for local IT procurement
  • Actively contribute to the management of the IT Budget through conscientious spending/ordering and accurately troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues.
  • Ensure IT assets are tracked in the inventory system.
  • IAM (Identity account management) experience, creating user accounts, and revoking as required by the business. E.g. Active Directory, SAML, Azure AD

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to organizations to optimize operational efficiency. You will resolve technical issues, maintain hardware and software installations, and improve IT systems.
