Requirements:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
• UAE National with a family book
• 2+ years of experience in project/program management in a B2C role/company
• Proven customer-facing experience

• Lead business strategy, program value assurance, and operational excellence.
• Assess customer and business priorities and lead change.
• Manage execution and ensure timely launches of initiatives.
