Sales Manager needed for a Hospitality Industry based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai

Salary DOE + Closing Bonus + Annual Bonus + Commission

 

Requirements:

  • Must have to have B2B sales experience in Hospitality 
  • Must have people management experience 
  • Have good connections and network within the F&B/Hospitality industry
  • Candidate must have a passion for hospitality and food and beverage industry and is self driven
  • Arabic Speaking is essential
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel quarterly to other markets in the region, especially KSA & Qatar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our clientele within the premium hospitality industry across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B teams in premium hotels and restaurants, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and brand visibility within the hospitality sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, appointments, and openings through active participation in networking events and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing, sales, and operational efforts to support hospitality initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth.
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and foster partnerships.
